How To Make Baked Cod

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper over the fillets.

  4. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.

  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
