- 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ice cubes (optional)
Instructions

In a blender, combine sweet potatoes, bananas, milk, cinnamon, and honey (if using).

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add ice cubes (if using) and blend again until smooth.
