Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of mixed berries (such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the chopped beetroot, mixed berries, sliced banana, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice.

  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, if needed.

  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses.

  5. Serve immediately.
