  • ½cupcarrotchopped or grated
  • 1orangechopped, peeled, and frozen
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cupice cube
  • ¼ cupfrozen mango
  • ½ cupgreek yogurtvanilla
  • 1cuporange juice

Instructions

  1. Put orange juice, yogurt, carrot, banana, mango, orange and ice into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more juice if you prefer a thinner consistency.

  3. Chill if desired and serve.
