How To Make Easter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Colored marshmallows, for topping
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.

Gradually add the cocoa mixture to the hot milk, whisking constantly until smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract and continue to heat for another 2-3 minutes, until the hot chocolate is warmed through.

Remove from heat and divide the hot chocolate among 4 cups.

Top each cup with whipped cream and colored marshmallows.
