It might sound strange, but this Vietnamese egg coffee is deliciously different. Egg yolk and condensed milk are whipped then used to top hot espresso.

  • 12 fl oz espresso
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk


  1. Brew 2 cups of espresso.

  2. Whip the egg yolk and sweetened condensed milk until light frothy or soft peaks.
  3. Add egg mixture on top of the espresso.
