Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.

  4. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
