How To Make Tiramisu Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 cup ladyfingers, crushed
- 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions

In a bowl, combine crushed ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until the mixture becomes sticky and easy to shape.

Shape the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill for 10-15 minutes.

Remove the truffles from the refrigerator and roll them in cocoa powder to coat evenly.

Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes.
