Ingredients

  • 1 cup ladyfingers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.

  2. Mix well until the mixture becomes sticky and easy to shape.

  3. Shape the mixture into small truffle-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Remove the truffles from the refrigerator and roll them in cocoa powder to coat evenly.

  6. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes.

  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
