- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup golden syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the cornflakes, flour, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

Press the mixture into a greased tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
