  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup golden syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the cornflakes, flour, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

  3. Press the mixture into a greased tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. In a small saucepan, heat the golden syrup and vanilla extract over low heat until warm.

  6. Spread the raspberry jam over the pre-baked crust.

  7. Pour the warm syrup mixture over the jam, spreading it evenly.

  8. Return the tart to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
