- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a shallow dish, mix together the crushed cornflakes and grated Parmesan cheese.

In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Roll the coated chicken in the cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.

Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish and sprinkle any remaining cornflake mixture on top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
