- 200g chocolate, chopped
- 200g salted caramel sauce
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 250ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 50g crushed digestive biscuits
Instructions

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk the double cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the melted chocolate, salted caramel sauce, sliced bananas, and whipped cream.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a dollop of whipped cream.
