How To Make Chocolate & Salted Caramel Waffle Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 waffles
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Whipped cream and additional salted caramel sauce for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Cut the waffles and bread into small cubes. Place half of the cubes in the prepared baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour half of the mixture over the bread and waffle cubes in the baking dish.

Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the mixture in the dish.

Repeat the layers with the remaining bread and waffle cubes, egg mixture, chocolate chips, and salted caramel sauce.

Press down gently on the mixture to ensure everything is soaked in the egg mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown.

Allow the pudding to cool slightly before serving. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and an extra drizzle of salted caramel sauce.
