How To Make Banoffee Muffins with Cream & Salted Caramel
Delicious muffins filled with banana, toffee, and cream, topped with a drizzle of salted caramel.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the toffee bits.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Top each muffin with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with salted caramel sauce.
