How To Make Russian Cabbage Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until they are soft and translucent.

Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the cabbage is wilted.
