Ingredients

  • 8 graham crackers
  • 4 marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Break each graham cracker in half to form 16 squares.

  3. Place 4 squares on a baking sheet and top each with a marshmallow.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.

  5. In a small bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice.

  6. Once the marshmallows are done, remove from the oven and spread 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin mixture onto each marshmallow.

  7. Place another graham cracker square on top of each one to form a sandwich.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
