Total: 20 minutes (plus chilling time)

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup of chopped peanuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.

  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the pie in a decorative pattern.

  6. Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  7. Before serving, sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top of the pie for extra crunch (if desired).
