Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust (9 inch)
  • 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and chopped peanuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden. Let cool.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  4. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  5. Fold the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate mixture until well combined.

  6. Pour the mixture into the cooled pie crust and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  7. Serve chilled with whipped cream and chopped peanuts on top.
