Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Nutter Butter cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.

  2. In another mixing bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.

  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  5. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top of the pie and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

  6. Place the pie in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  7. Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Slice and serve cold.
