Ingredients
- 1 cup of rye flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of cooked rice
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the rye flour, water, and melted butter. Knead until the dough is smooth.

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin oval shape.

In a separate bowl, mix the cooked rice, milk, and salt to create the filling.

Place a spoonful of the rice filling in the center of each dough oval.

Fold the sides of the dough over the filling, leaving the center exposed.

Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
