  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the turkey mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Cover the filling with another pie crust and seal the edges.

  6. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

  8. Allow the pot pie to cool for a few minutes before serving.
