How To Make Cream Cheese Chocolate Pudding

This chocolate pudding treat is made with a buttery crust, and topped with layers of soft cream cheese and chocolate, to yield a decadent dessert!

Ingredients

  • cupbutter,softened
  • cupsall purpose flour
  • 1cupconfectioner’s sugar
  • 8ozcream cheese,(1 package)
  • 1cupfrozen whipped topping,thawed
  • ½cupwalnuts
  • 7.8ozinstant chocolate pudding mix,(2 packages)
  • cupsmilk
  • 1cupfrozen whipped topping,thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Pat the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, then let cool.

  4. In a medium bowl, cream together sugar and cheese, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust and sprinkle with walnuts.

  5. Beat pudding and milk in a medium bowl until thick; pour over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate.

  6. Spread 1 cup whipped topping over top, serve, and enjoy!
