How To Make Caramelised Banana & Chocolate Galette

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface into a circle, about 12 inches in diameter.

Transfer the pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Arrange the sliced bananas in the center of the pastry, leaving a 2-inch border around the edges.

Sprinkle the brown sugar over the bananas and dot with butter.

Fold the edges of the pastry over the bananas, partially covering them.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the bananas.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
