- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, chopped dates, red onion, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
