Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, pineapple chunks, dates, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, ginger powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until cranberries burst and the chutney thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
