How To Make Fish Finger Wraps with Cheat’s Tartare Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 fish fingers
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven and cook the fish fingers according to package instructions until crispy.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to make the cheat’s tartare sauce.

Warm the tortilla wraps in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.

Spread a spoonful of the cheat’s tartare sauce on each wrap.

Place 2 fish fingers on each wrap and top with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh parsley.

Roll up the wraps tightly and slice in half diagonally.
