  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the red wine, cranberries, cinnamon stick, honey, sugar, orange zest, and lemon juice.

  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 1 hour, until the cranberries have burst and the mixture has thickened.

  4. Remove the cinnamon stick and let the jam cool before transferring it to a jar.

  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
