How To Make Neapolitan Traybake

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups strawberry ice cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix until crumbly.

Press the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray to form a crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, spread the chocolate ice cream evenly over the crust.

Next, layer the vanilla ice cream, followed by the strawberry ice cream.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips, chopped strawberries, and chopped almonds over the top.

Place the traybake back in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Before serving, let the traybake sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.

Cut into squares and serve chilled.
