Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pint of chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup of cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions. Prepare the brownie batter by combining the mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

  2. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and bake according to the instructions on the box.

  3. Once the brownies are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool.

  4. Cut the brownies into small squares or crumble them to create a base layer in serving glasses or bowls.

  5. Place a scoop of chocolate ice cream on top of the brownie layer in each glass or bowl.

  6. Add a few cherries on top of the ice cream.

  7. Repeat the layers with another layer of brownies, ice cream, and cherries.

  8. Finish the sundaes with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
