  • 2tbspbutter
  • 2tbspcoconut oil
  • 10½ozmini marshmallows
  • 5cupsRice Krispies Cereal


  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and coconut oil together over medium-low heat.

  2. Add the marshmallows, and stir until melted. Remove from heat, and stir in the crispy rice cereal until it is evenly mixed.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch pan, and press down so that the top is flat.

  4. Let sit for about 1 hour until it returns to room temperature.

  5. Cut, serve and enjoy!
