How To Make Sugar-Free “Sugar” Cookies

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sugar substitute, baking soda, and salt.

Add melted coconut oil, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
