How To Make Sugar-Free “Sugar” Cookies

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sugar substitute, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Add melted coconut oil, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  6. Allow the cookies to cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
