How To Make Pistachio, Rose & White Chocolate Blondies

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs, rose water, and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the chopped pistachios and white chocolate chunks.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
