How To Make Rose Water Chocolate Truffles
A decadent chocolate treat infused with the delicate floral aroma of rose water.

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.

Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute.

Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add the rose water and stir until well combined.

Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least an hour until firm.

Using a small scoop or spoon, shape the mixture into balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
