How To Make Pistachio & Rose Water Kulfi

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions

In a heavy-bottomed pan, add whole milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Once the milk is boiled, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add condensed milk, heavy cream, chopped pistachios, rose water, cardamom powder, and sugar to the pan. Mix well.

Cook the mixture on low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or any small containers.

Cover the molds with aluminum foil and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.

To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
