How To Make Strawberry Cheesecake Eton Mess

- 200g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 250g cream cheese
- 250ml whipping cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 4 meringue nests, crushed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the cream cheese into the whipped cream mixture.

Add half of the sliced strawberries to the mixture and gently fold until combined.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the crushed meringue, strawberry cream mixture, and remaining sliced strawberries.

Repeat the layers until the glasses or bowls are filled.
