How To Make Pineapple Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Whipped cream and cherries for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the sugar and mix well.

Add in the crushed pineapple, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add in the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch round baking dish.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Top with whipped cream and cherries before serving.
