  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

  5. Fold in the raisins.

  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
