How To Make Oreo Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1 and 1/2 cups of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.

Remove the cream filling from the Oreo cookies and set aside. Place the cookie halves in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.

In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the sour cream and flour until just combined.

Spoon the cheesecake batter into each cupcake liner, on top of the Oreo crust.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set but still slightly jiggly in the center.

Remove from the oven and let them cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the cheesecakes to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
