How To Make No Bake Sugar Free Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar-free graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp sugar-free strawberry jam
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.

Arrange half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Repeat layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.

In a small bowl, microwave the sugar-free strawberry jam for 15-20 seconds until slightly melted. Drizzle the melted jam over the top of the cheesecake.

Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
