How To Make Mini Choc-Orange Cheesecake Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of four individual tart pans.

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, cocoa powder, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

Pour the cheesecake mixture evenly over the graham cracker crusts in the tart pans.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
