How To Make Cheesecake in a Jar

This is a fun dessert to make when you do not have enough time to prepare yet want to serve desserts individually. You will only need simple ingredients and cute little jars.

Ingredients

  • 14 graham crackers, crumbled
  • 3 oz cherry flavored gelatin mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Evenly distribute graham cracker crumbs in jars.

  2. Mix lemon gelatin in boiling water until dissolved. Let it cool until thick.

  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. In another bowl, whip evaporated milk until thick and stiff peaks form.

  5. Pour in lemon gelatin and mix well.

  6. Fold in cream cheese mixture.

  7. Scoop cheesecake mixture and fill each jar.

  8. Top with cherry pie filling.

  9. If you desire, add whipped topping.

  10. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
