How To Make Double Chocolate Easter Egg Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g chocolate digestives, crushed
- 70g unsalted butter, melted
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 100g granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g milk chocolate, chopped
- Mini chocolate Easter eggs, for decoration
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round 8-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together the crushed chocolate digestives and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, melted dark chocolate, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Fold in the chopped milk chocolate, then pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Once chilled, decorate with mini chocolate Easter eggs on top.

Slice and serve the double chocolate Easter egg cheesecake.
