How To Make Chocolate Orange Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 300g cream cheese
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 150g dark chocolate, melted
- 200ml double cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

Mix the crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter together. Press into the base of a greased 8-inch springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix well.

Pour in the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.

Gradually add the double cream into the cream cheese mixture, and mix until smooth and creamy.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the biscuit base in the pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly wobbly in the center.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
