Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, pistachios, cashews) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until smooth and melted.

  3. Add the condensed milk and cardamom powder to the melted chocolate and mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top for garnish.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

  7. Once set, cut into small squares and serve.
