How To Make Cheesy Chili Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup of canned chili
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet until softened.

Spread a spoonful of chili along the center of each tortilla.

Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the enchiladas with the shredded cheddar cheese, onions, and cilantro.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
