How To Make Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salsa, sour cream, and avocado for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.

Sauté the bell pepper and onion until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs.

Gently scramble the eggs until cooked through.

Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.

Divide the scrambled eggs, vegetable mixture, and shredded cheese among the tortillas.

Sprinkle with cilantro and roll up tightly.
