  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1/2 lb fresh tuna, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.

  2. Wet your hands with water and evenly spread cooked sushi rice on the nori sheet, leaving a small border at the top.

  3. Spread a thin layer of spicy mayo over the rice.

  4. Place a few slices of fresh tuna on top of the mayo.

  5. Arrange cucumber, carrot, and green onions on top of the tuna.

  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.

  7. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and ingredients.

  8. Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.

  9. Serve the Spicy Tuna Rolls with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
