Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 18 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, beer, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  2. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the brewed coffee for a few seconds, then arrange them in a single layer in a serving dish.

  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfinger cookies. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture.

  4. Dust the top with cocoa powder.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
