How To Make Macaroni Grill’s Tiramisu Recipe
A classic Italian dessert made of layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and sweetened mascarpone cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine the cooled espresso and granulated sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until well combined.

Dip each ladyfinger into the espresso mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

Arrange a layer of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of 4 glasses.

Spoon a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers.

Repeat the layers of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture until all the ingredients are used up.

Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

When ready to serve, dust the tops of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
