Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic.

  2. Slowly drizzle in sesame oil and vegetable oil while constantly whisking to emulsify the dressing.

  3. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

  4. Drizzle over salads or use as a marinade for grilled meats.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
