  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and sliced almonds.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and lime juice.
